Complaint Details:
We have purchased Tata Zest XT in the month of April 2016 and facing regular issues From the day it was handed over to us. The very next day the issue of Power Window switch board came in due to which we cannot close the glass keeping our car at maximum risk for complete 3 days & same was sorted out only after we have visited the Service Center back in Delhi. No onsite support was made available throughout our Journey. some or the other issue continued to come in since then, now again from the last 2 months we are facing the issue of Steering getting locked while driving. This is highly annoying to have paid so much amount for a car and still facing the issues since the day it is handed over to us. The response which we get is very unproductive & one or the other problem continues to come up. From the last 2 months we are having a problem of steering lock in our car. while driving a steering gets locked all of a sudden & it happens continuously. and it becomes really impossible to drive a car. Having got it checked with the Parparganj, Delhi Service Center where they have kept it for 2-3 days the problem still persists. and it is very sad that even Service center is not able to sort out issues after keeping it for 3 days. The kind of Problems coming in on a regular basis hints that we have been handed over the Rejected / Faulty / Old Car at the time of Purchase. The kind of Service Standards Expectation from such a reputed firm are completely shattered as neither the customer care team nor the Service Engineers are capable enough of detect the accurate problem & solve the issue.
