Complaint Details:
Dear Sir/Madam,
I had paid Rs.28, 565.00, for JIO Policy Phase 3, through SBI (Walkeshwar Mumbai branch) DD number 652920 as on 10dec2015 in favour of JIO – Shravak Arogyam, for Phase 3 Medicaid Policy (Family Floater) of Rs.10 lacs. The same was carried out through Alliance Insurance Brokers based out of 102, 1st floor, Ranee Villa, 10th road, JVPD Scheme, Vile Parle (W), Mumbai 400 049.
My JIO ID has been – 7054863510565169.
Despite rigorously followed up with them for last few months (more than a year), neither we have received the policy document nor amount has been refunded back.
May we request you to take this official complaint and provide us with complaint number and get my money back with interest, ASAP.
