Complaint Details:
I got an unexpected bill of amount 1070 for the month of December 2016.During this month I hardly used the dongle. How come I got this much bill after that was not clear to me. I complained at the customer care more than once, however they kept me waiting only to say that its nothing that they could do. They were very rude also. Hence I have decided not to use mts connection any more. I believe there are better service providers in the market. Only suggestion if you want to increase your business kindly consider your customers first.
