I had ordered Samsung earphone Samtek 1000 high on 18th of Jan and it got delivered on 22nd of January from Flipkart…After 5 days of delivery it is not working …One side of the earphone is not working completely so what is the issue with it… What photo should i provide because ..I think it is an internal problem… So what should i do..??..I want a refund or a repair of the product…!!!
