Hi This is regarding a booking number CRN 472726216. The driver did not show up and the ride was cancelled last moment. Is this the type of service quality Ola shows? I had to catch up a flight. Luckily i got a rickshaw that time. Or else i would have missed my flight. I didnot expect this from OLA. I booked the cab expecting that OLA will not do this ever.
Completely dissatisfied with OLA!!!
