ADN_C_051116_197807808, My mobile Samsung galaxy S7 edge, submitted on 8th November 2016.
Your new method of us requesting a call back is not effective, cause most of ur customers are working people who are busy in any working day, only as and when we get some time we can call you guys up and resolve our issues. you calling us back at your convenience we might be busy.
I was told that i would get my handset back fully repaired within this month, now i’m not able to contact you guys. and you do not send any message on when will you call back. Kindly advice what has happened to my mobile and will I ever get my mobile back.
