Complaint Details:
On 25th Dec 2016 I have purchased Samsung Galaxy J 7 Prime from Girias newly opened show room at Yelahanka. As a introductory offer smart watch given as gift, but the smart watch which is given as a gift is with problem and it never runs even for half an hour. By giving defects product as givt they cheating the cutomers. I even informed that if I do not want a gift, there is a reduction in the MRP of the original product. So it means the value of the gift is included in the Original product and I have paid for the gift. So I hereby requesting Girias to replace the gift with new one
