Scam or fraud: Royal Sundaram General Insurance — Poor service

Complaint Details:
I bought car policy from Royal Sundram via policy bazar. I have been misled by Policy bazar initially and later on cheated by Royal Sundram.Policy bazar informed me that its cashless policy and it will be easy claim settlement process. Now I am struggling to settle the claim.

My Car met with accident on 16th jan and after reaching Chevrolet showroom in Ranchi came to know that they are not attached with Royal Sundram so it cant be cashless and can be re-imburse later on. There is only one reputed Chevrolet service Centre in entire Jharkhand state and Royal Sundram is not associated with them. So it can never be cashless for entire Jharkhand state.

Later on I intimated Royal Sundram about accident on 16th jan through customer call centre and received reference number EF400062 via one of lady executive. I was told that will receive call within 4-5 hrs but didn’t received same. On cross checking next day found that reference number given by executives was false and was given new reference number.Again I was told that will receive call within next 4-5 hrs. I got call from someone in Kolkatta and he asked for all details and later on told that Ranchi dosent lies in his zone and will receive call from someone else shortly but unfortunately didn’t received call. On enquiring next day got call from someone from Bhuneshwar and was told that process is initiated.

As of now (10 days) don’t see any progress and my car is still lying in service center.
Its been very irresponsible approach and poor service from Great Royal Sundram.
I got struck here with them and feeling that been misguided by Policy Bazar. I will never buy any policy of Royal Sundram and even with policy bazar.
Policybazar is misleading people.
