The most unbelievable chain of events took place.
Today is day 3 of broadband non functionality. We had complained on 17 Jan 2017 on the phone after holding the line for a good 15 minutes, the customer service representative assured engineer will arrive the next day 11am. No one came till 3pm ! I went to their office in sector 32, Chandigarh. The manager assured help would arrive before 6pm, no one came !
Today, day 3, we went to their office again, we were assured help would arrive in 2 hours and service would be restored, NO ONE CAME !
It’s not over yet, we called customer care again, again we were assured that our landline will be restored by 7pm, it’s 11:35 pm and our internet and landline, for which we pay 1300 rupees every month, is non functional for 3 days !
This isn’t all, I found out, from the manager of the airtel office, sector 32, Chandigarh, that the services are down because of some upgradation in the line. THEY KNEW THAT THE CONNECTION WILL BE OFF ! We weren’t informed. They have knowingly and intentionally intrepted our landline and broadband without even informing us. This qualifies as a crime as they have knowingly cut off our communication.
It is as if airtel has been mocking us all the way for our helplessness.
