Scam or fraud: Raajnett — Worst Customer Care and Worst Company

Complaint Details:
I Took the service in July 2016 and I paid then Rs 6300 for 6 months. I had alot of issue in the past the downtime for these 6 months was atleast 15 to 20 days. My account expired on 01/11/17 and i was told that I would get an extension but nothing was done. Hence I went ahead and recharged my account on 01/13/17 but the connection has not started yet but when I check my account status it shows as active and I have only 23 days more . When I send a message on the website I only get one reply “ls restart your modem and you will see your connetion is there.if still facing problem pls open the attachment and follow the steps. ” I get this reply for all the messages. Unable to call the customer care # because it costs and either ways they do not answer I ended up spending almost Rs 100 just to call them but not once have I spoken to them. Someone needs to do something. May be coz its India that RAAJNETT does nt care coz nothing can be done.
