Complaint Details:
I had placed order for a cake on 10th January 2017 to be delivered on 11th January 2017. But cake did not deliver, . Upon enquiry delivery team tells that they have not received the order. So when again checked with customer relationship team, they are continually saying my complaint is filed and will arrange for a call back. But I haven’t got the call back yet.
