Scam or fraud: Managing Committee Of Leela Ashish Society — Serious Complaint Letter against the Managing Committee and its culprit members.

This is last and final reminder letter to the Managing Committee of the Society and remind you that I have suffered a lot since I have had purchased the Flat No.A/503 in 2003 in your society.

As Managing Committee of the Society have completely failed to understand the problems of the society members and more to this now Managing Committee has stopped to accept the correspondence from the members and but also failed to acknowledge the receipt of the same is far away from this matters.

I AM NOT SATISFIED WITH YOUR REPLY LETTER dated 16th October 2016, IF BUILDER DIDN’T ENTERTAIN YOU FOR CONVEYANCE DEEMED, TITLE DEED, BLDG PLAN THEN HOW IS IT POSSIBLE WITHOUT ANY COMMUNICATION AND WRITING WORK FROM A BUILDER, HE HAS SOLD 2 PARKING TO COMMITTEE MEMBERS AND THEIR FAVOURITE PEOPLE (NEW MEMBERS)? ME AND FEW OTHERS MEMBERS ARE RESIDING IN THE SOCIETY SINCE 2003 BUT WE DIDN’T RECEIVE ANY NOTICE FROM SOCIETY AND ALSO AFTER ALL THE LEGAL NEGOTIATION AND ASSURANCES, THE SOCIETY COULDN’T ALLOT EVEN SINGLE PARKING SLOT TILL THIS DATE TO THE MEMBERS OF THE SOCIETY.

Finally, as some illegal conspiracies are going in our Leela Ashish Society against the innocent members, I have now decided to file a suit and go to Court against Managing Committee of the Society in the Court for the following charges:-

1) Non-Acceptance of correspondence and Non-issuance of acknowledgement of letters from the members without giving any valid reason.
2) Accepting Rs.25, 000/- from members by giving faulty assurances of buying O.C./T.D.R. for the Society purposes.
3) Showing complete failure in the Governance of Managing Committee by not taking strict legal action against the members like, (a) Mr. Kailash Yadav, (b) Mr. Sunil Lodha, (c) Mr. Babubhai Mistry, (d) Ratilal Patwa –For threatening me and my family with (to Kill)dire consequences (Photocopy attached of N.C report by Dindoshi Police Station) (e) Mr.Naresh Delat – with whom I have fought with a valid legal point against their unauthorized alterations in their owned flat premises and replied in their own language of verbal disagreement.
4) Unauthorized parking allotment to 2 (two) new members perhaps other old members didn’t allotted till this date.
5) Non-allowing me to repair of my flat premises from Mr.Naresh Delat’s residence. Failure to issue legal notice to Mr.Naresh Delat for his illegal and unauthorized alterations in his flat premises without taking any proper legal permission from the Society’s Managing Committee. Non-filing of complaint of strict legal action against Mr.Naresh Delat for his unauthorized illegal alterations in his flat premises which is unknown to other innocent Society members.

Now, I shall be condemned to proceed further at higher authorities, go to Court to receive JUSTICE after 1-2-2017. So, I strongly demand the following from Managing Committee of the Society before 31-1-2017:-

1) Pay me Rs.25000/- with interest @21% p.a. for 8 years, which total amounting to Rs.1, 14, 873/- (Society Receipt No.15, dated 5-1-2009 – copy attached). Pay me before 31-1-2017 to avoid further interest of @21%.
2) Allot me the Authorized slit Parking Space for 4-wheeler vehicle in Society’s letter-head before 31-1-2017.
3) Put Mr.Naresh Delat behind the bars before 31-1-2017 by taking strict legal action against him by lodging complaint in Police Station for rudely behavior of abusing me and my family members all these days without having our single fault.

Or otherwise, get ready to go to jail after 1-2-2017 as I’m going to put these following persons behind the bars, viz. all the Managing Committee members including Mr. Delat, Mr. Kailash Yadav, Mr. Ratilal Patwa, Mr. Sunil Lodha & Mr. Babubhai Mistry, and I mean it this time.
