Scam or fraud: I Am Complaining About Axis Bank, Vikhroli-west Branch. — Arrogant behaviour of Branch Manager Mr Qaiser Marchant and Cashier

Complaint Details:
On 31 dec.16 due to cash urgency I went to axis bank vikhroli – west branch for taking amount of 10, 000.00 from acc.no. 064010100071442. cahier giving 2000X4 and 500X4. requested to give 2X2000 and rest with 500 but she denied then went to branch manager who designated as VP but he also misbehave with me called be nonsense and through his visiting card and account closing form on my face and told me that axis bank not required customer you close your account and get lost. I write to Axis bank but they not replying my mail. I raised six point. 1.- is it true that axis bank don’t want customer? from their behaviour now I under stood. 2. is it my fault that I used axis service since last 15 year bank account and credit card ? 3. is it my fault that I went to bank for getting my money and seeking help from him? 4. Have you recruit such a arrogant branch manager in branches? Now I confirmed that all staff in axis bank are such a useless that they don’t have time to resole the customer problem. 5. should I close bank account and credit card service? 6. Branch manager not bothered about higher management as he informed me to complaint anywhere nothing can be done with me and no one aske me for that? 7. He threaten me that he will complain about me to higher authority now I want to see what action you are going to take on me. Now I am seeking help from RBI. now see what will happen.
