Hi,
I had recharged Delhi Metro Card through PAYTM on Dec 26 2016. But transaction show failed and money was deduct (amount deduct 190 rupees from my bank account and 10 rupees already in my paytm wallet).
I contact PAYTM care they said…
Payment of Rs. 200 failed!
Your payment has been declined by your bank. Please contact your bank for any queries. If money has been deducted from your account, your bank will inform us within 48 hrs and we will refund the same.
