Complaint Details:
I booked a auto on dt.18.12.2016 at 5.15p.m. and also get a call at 5.17p.m. So I wait at main road since 45 minutes Auto not came. Why I had wait in evening and cold in main road? No body inform me, when I tried to contact with that no not connected. But I had penalized Rs.25/- in next day. I did not know what mistake done by me? Physically mentally and financially I harassed by UBER service.
This not once, again I had book a Auto yesterday at.3.45p.m. driver contact me but not reached with me, when I contacted with driver he replied ” he cancelled the trip”. How and why that is happening in UBER. I had wait mininmum 20 minutes at main road. No body inform me.
Why always customer panelized? because he give you business. If I will not justice I will go for court of law.
