Sir/madam,
I would like to inform to your office that, since 1 month my mother had given her new Samsung J5 prime at Samsung care, Pandhri, Raipur to get repaired for Hardware fault from Samsung.
Since last 1 month she taking follow up, but part is not available & handset is still with samsung care.
I just want to confirm following.
1) Should we stop buying Samsung phones.
2) Why are you manufacturing sub standard products.(china items)
3) How should we communicate? Since 1 month she is not able to use her mobile no.
4) You are taking money as per your prices, then why are not we getting service.
Request you to replace hand set immediately. Failing which we will take legal action against your company.
