Complaint Details:
On 30th Dec 2016 I ordered a bag from shop.adidas.co.in and my mode of payment was paytm wallet. As I did the payment of ₹1011 a window poped up saying “order cannot be placed please try again later” but the money got deducted from my paytm wallet. Since then I have tried every way of forwarding my issue to the conserned department but the only response i get is to wait for 24 to 48
hours. I registered my complaint through their app, through call and also on facebook but the issue is not yet resolved and my money has not been refunded.
