Dear sir
This is to inform you about bad representation of go air staff at srinagar airport on today 25 nov 2016. My mother and son were coming to delhi on 24 nov flight at 16 20 pm, but due to bad weather flight got cancelled, and they were told to come next day morning to put them at flight at 11 20am . At reaching srinagar today they were told to wait for some time by mr irfan shawl, as my mother was heart patient there was an appointment at apollo hospital in delhi, they requested them several times that please give us boarding pass for this flight .at last they were told that all the confirmed passengers of this flight has come and there are no seats any more left, .but it was a lie and there were some passengers taken on the same flight who were also cancelled yesterday, actually they were very close friends to mr irfan shawl, who has taken advantage of my illing mother left her there .
Finally i have to buy business class tickets at same time to get my mother to delhi .
I would like you to give me clarification and take serious action to the same mr irfan shawl who deliberately left my mother there without any reason .actually it is happening in srinagar airport only in the country .
