I had booked online ticket for 28 sep 2016 from varvade mad to borivali – night luxury ticket no 26257163
without prior intimation bus was reschedule from ratnagiri to borivali instead of jaighad borivali. i was waiting at stop and some others passengers told me
i sent email stating the same and for refund of money however they mentioned that i need to submit written compliant to depo which i had submitted at borivali shukarwadi on 05 nov 2016
still not received refund
ideally conductor should check who are the passengers who had not on boarded and should submit report for refund who had booked tickets online. first thing passengers are suffering for bus cancelled and are struggling for refund of money
how state buses shall then run in profit?
