Subject- Corporate 249 rental plan 1 gb internet doesn’t work.
I took this connection in October 2017, its a corporate plan with Rs.249 rental. While taking this connection I was given 2 options- 249 rental where i get 1 gb internet(2g / 3g speed) free every month. Another was Rs.99 rental in which i dont get the internet, so I opted for 249 rental.
But since the time the service got activated I was able to use only 35 mb data. I lodged a complaint in November, i get a call from technical dept saying there is some technical issue on their end so it would get resolved in 48 hrs and will get a call from them once it has been resolved. It dint get resolved nor did i recieve any update until I called billing and technical dept. Still they lodge my complaint and no revert, i spoke with the billing desk as i have been charged a rental of 249. I clearly mentioned till the time i dont get my internet working i am not going to pay that rental as i took the 249 plan just for the internet otherwise i would have opted for the 99 plan. The representative at the billing dept said not to worry you can pay the bill minus the rental which I did. Then i kept calling the technical dept several times but no resolution was found my internet still doesn’t work. Only the complaint is lodged and i am being promised that i will get a callback which dint happen. Then whenever i would make a call i would get to hear the ivr that my services will get disconnected if i dont pay the bill. I spoke to the billing desk again to ask regarding the rental and the ivr, the representative tells me that the ivr would stop in 2 hrs and the rental will get reversed. I clearly mentioned that till the time services as promised dont work i am not going to pay the rental because i took this plan just because i would get 1 gb internet free. He said everytime i need to call when i get the bill if the internet service has still not started i said ok.
Today onwards all my services have got disconnected, and i was not informed about it nor did the technical dept called me as per the call scheduled on monday 1pm. And let me tell you i do have a Vodafone prepaid sim of which the internet works completely fine be it in slot 1 or slot 2.
This is the most horrible service i have got and the vodafone custome service is the worst that i encountered. Vodafone is not bothered if they are not providing service as promised they just want to mint money by giving false promises. I am a working woman and i have no time for this nonsense. Still its my requirement so i called vodafone customer care and technical dept almost 10 times, but i dont get any resolution.
