Scam or fraud: Tikona — After we disconnect the bad connection still these guys are asking for money

This is my user ID 1118798290 we have complained 2-3 times to Tikona to give a proper connection, these guys didn’t respond properly and now they are telling that you have used more data if you are not paying the money we are going to put this on consumer court what the hell is this. When you guys are not giving the service properly then what we should do.
1st you guys give the service properly then only ask for money
