Complaint Details:
I placed an online order on 35th december’2016 and paid using the online payment gateway (M-visa). The amount of 1074.80 got charged from my a/c and pizza hut showed me a message on screen “there might be some issues with the server, please try cash on delivery”). I contacted my bank who confirmed me that payment has been made to the merchant and provided me merchant id. Then i contacted pizza hut where i experienced worst customer service. They keep telling me unable to look my order and money will be refunded. They did not took any of my details still keep saying same thing.
