Complaint Details:
I ordered a product (New Look Iron Wall Shelves-Set of 4) worth Rs. 1699/- on HomeShop18 on 20.11.2016. But on 05.12.2016 a wrong product was delivered to me. I talked to their customer care regarding that. They advised me to send it back to an address in Muradabad (UP) which they e-mailed me. I did the same by spending Rs. 480/- on courier charges on 06.12.2016. They also assured me that my product would be shipped as they receive my courier. They received the product which I sent back within one week. But I am still waiting for the product. I spoke to their customer care many times but even these customer care people talk in a clever and deceitful manner. I also told them to return my money but they told that I may get the product only. Feeling cheated and helpless now trying to approach media to highlight Homeshop18 as a cheater and save other people from this type of cheating by them.
