Complaint Details:
My broadband connection is not working from more than 30 days and i have complained regarding it more than 7 times and evertime i call them they escalate the request to high priority even asked them to terminate the connection but there is no response from reliance team.
I am facing a huge loss of my work due to no internet connection.

Please help me…and they are now asking to pay the bill too.even when i haven’t used their service.
